Newt Gingrich says he'd defy S... (latimes.com)

This could be a dangerous position. I'm glad he says it should be used in only the most extreme circumstances, but to put it out there as a possible before reviewing an actual situation seems to be a little to precedent setting. We are a nation that lives by the rule of law. Probably shouldn't announce that as President you would set that aside when it seems appropriate.
